Terms of Service - User Agreement & Guidelines

CELPIFY (celpify.com) is owned and operated by Skylancer Software Inc., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. In these Terms, "CELPIFY", "we", "us" and "our" mean Skylancer Software Inc.

By accessing and using CELPIFY, you enter into a binding agreement with Skylancer Software Inc. and agree to these Terms of Service.

CELPIFY is an independent test preparation service provider and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Prometric Canada, the official provider of the CELPIP™ test.

CELPIP™ is a trademark of Prometric Canada. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

All practice materials, test questions, and study resources on this platform are independently created by CELPIFY and do NOT contain any actual CELPIP™ test questions or materials from Prometric Canada.

We offer preparation services FOR the CELPIP™ test. Our content is based on publicly available information about the test format and general English language proficiency principles.

Our materials are independently developed from publicly available information and do not reproduce confidential or proprietary CELPIP™ content.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• You must not share your account credentials with others

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• You can buy a plan on celpify.com or in the Celpify app for Android or iPhone. One plan covers all of them when you sign in with the same account

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Plans bought on celpify.com are billed by our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the current billing period

• Plans bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play, and Google Play's terms also apply to that purchase. You may cancel at any time in Google Play: open Subscriptions in Google Play, choose Celpify and tap Cancel subscription. In the app, Manage in Google Play on the Profile page opens the same screen. You keep your access for the time you have already paid for

• Plans bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms also apply to that purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the plan renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel at any time in your Apple Account: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Celpify and tap Cancel Subscription. In the app, Manage in the App Store on the Profile page opens the same screen. You keep your access for the time you have already paid for

• Prices may change with prior notice

• Refunds for plans bought on celpify.com are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds for plans bought through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policies; you can request one in Google Play, or contact us at [email protected] and we will help. Refunds for plans bought through the App Store are decided by Apple under Apple's policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Share or distribute copyrighted materials

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use automated tools to access our service

• Interfere with other users' use of the service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without notice if we detect:

• Any form of service abuse or exploitation

• Automated access or scraping of our platform

• Sharing account credentials or content

• Circumvention of usage limits or restrictions

• Any activity that may harm our service or other users

• Violation of these Terms of Service

Termination for abuse will result in immediate loss of access with no refund.
