Open your Profile page, go to the Billing tab and choose Manage Billing. You can cancel or change your plan there.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the time you already paid for. If you bought in the mobile app, cancel in Google Play or the App Store.

You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 48 hours, if you have completed fewer than 10 practice questions and started no more than 2 mock tests.

If you blocked it, click the lock icon next to the web address, allow the microphone, and reload the page.

Close other apps that use the microphone. For audio, check your volume and your headphones.

Listening and Reading scores come from your correct answers, turned into a CELPIP level.

Writing and Speaking are scored by our AI examiner, the same way the real test is scored.

Test 1 is free for everyone, in all four skills. The other practice tests and the mock tests are part of the paid plans.

Yes. Press Pause at the top of the mock. You can come back and continue within 7 days.

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to get a new link. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google.
