Fair Usage Policy - CELPIFY Guidelines

To protect the quality and availability of our AI-powered evaluation service, each user is limited to 30 AI-evaluated submissions per day (writing and speaking combined). This includes any submission where AI feedback is requested.

This limit exists solely to prevent abuse by bad actors who may attempt to overload our systems through automated or excessive requests. Normal study patterns — even intensive preparation sessions — fall well within this daily allowance.

Practice sessions that do not request AI evaluation (such as reading and listening exercises) are not subject to this limit.

Each CELPIFY account is for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing your login email and password with another person

• Allowing multiple individuals to use the same account

• Reselling or transferring access to your account

Account sharing undermines our ability to provide personalized feedback and progress tracking, and may compromise the security of your personal data.

The following activities are not permitted on CELPIFY:

• Automated or scripted submissions (bots, scrapers, or similar tools)

• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures

• Using the platform in any way that disrupts service for other users

• Reverse-engineering, copying, or redistributing AI-generated feedback

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

CELPIFY reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates this Fair Usage Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other applicable policies — with or without prior notice.

In the event of a policy violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning to the account holder

• Temporarily restrict access to AI evaluation features

• Suspend the account for a defined period

• Permanently terminate the account

Refunds for terminated accounts will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
