    Refund Policy

    This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly on celpify.com and billed through our payment processor, Stripe. We want Celpify to genuinely help you prepare for the CELPIP™ test. If it is not the right fit, here is exactly when you can get your money back.

    1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee (first purchase)

    You can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 calendar days, as long as all of the following are true:

    • The purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days

    • You have completed fewer than 10 practice questions

    • You have started no more than 2 mock tests (full or single-skill)

    If you pass either usage limit, or the charge is a renewal, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

    2. Renewals are not refundable

    Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Any renewal charge — that is, every charge after your first purchase — is final and not refundable.

    You can cancel at any time from your Profile page. Cancelling stops all future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid a renewal you do not want, please cancel before your renewal date.

    3. When refunds aren't granted

    Refunds are not provided in these cases:

    • Requests made after the 7-day window

    • Renewal charges

    • Accounts that have completed 10 or more practice questions, or started 3 or more mock tests

    • Dissatisfaction based on your score, performance, or test result

    • Account sharing or other misuse (this breaks our Terms of Service)

    4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

    This is separate from the rules above. If you see a duplicate charge, or a charge you did not make, email us right away. Once verified, duplicate or fraudulent charges are refunded in full.

    5. Please contact us before a chargeback

    If something is wrong with a charge, email [email protected] first. We answer refund requests within 3 business days and are glad to help. Opening a dispute with your bank before contacting us may pause your account access while we look into it.

    6. How to request a refund

    Email [email protected] with:

    • Your full name and the email on your account

    • The date of the charge

    • A short note on the reason

    We review requests within 3 business days and email you the result. Approved refunds return to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

    7. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
